“Thinking ahead of others” is a choice of responsibility

Mario Marinelli, Founder and CEO, is promoting a training program on Artificial Intelligence at Rhütten.

At a time when artificial intelligence is entering the day-to-day operations of businesses at an ever-increasing pace, ignoring it is not an option.
What matters instead is addressing it together, with clarity, critical thinking, and vision.

I am convinced that today a company must have the courage to face change without being overwhelmed by it. And facing it means, first and foremost, understanding it, discussing it, and truly grasping it.

For this reason, I personally chose to promote two training sessions at Rhütten dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, aimed at our employees, with a clear objective: to build awareness, provide clarity, and offer practical tools to truly understand a transformation that is already reshaping the way we work.

We structured the program into two complementary sessions.
The first, focused on “Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering,” to understand how AI can support analysis, documentation, communication, and decision-making processes.
The second, “AI, Language, and Decision-Making in Business,” to bring this discussion into everyday business activities—across reports, technical documents, internal and external communications, and operational decision support.

To address such an important topic, I wanted an authoritative figure like Prof. Flavio Corradini alongside us, because I felt the need to offer the company not a simplified or “trend-driven” perspective, but a serious, qualified contribution capable of combining innovation, language, responsibility, and human vision.
I chose Prof. Corradini precisely for this reason: because today it is not enough to know that AI exists.
We must understand its opportunities and its challenges, and above all learn how to govern it without losing the value of human thinking, dialogue, and responsibility.

Rhütten is a chemical company with over 30 years of history, grown by making innovation, pragmatism, and vision an essential part of its identity. A path built over time, with rigor, evolution, and the ability to read the market ahead of others.

Talking about AI today, within a company like ours, does not mean chasing a trend.
It means fostering culture and continuing to build the future with seriousness.

It means giving people the tools to navigate a transformation that affects work, language, decision-making, and the very way we imagine the future.

Because technology alone is not enough.
Vision, ethics, responsibility, and human awareness are essential.

And this is where we chose to begin.
